Just one of our many customer testimonials

“Working with iPodRecharge to repair my iPod was one of the best decisions I ever made. I needed to have my iPod touch screen replaced but did not have a clue on how to do I or where to get it done until I found their website. I mailed my iPod touch, cracked glass and all, to iPodRecharge and the day they received it, I received an email from the company notifying me of the receipt. Once my iPod touch was repaired, I received another email notifying the return shipping with the UPS tracking number for my convenience. The way my iPod was packed for shipping by iPodRecharge was incredible. Double bubble bagged, with a 'thank you' for the business letter inside. I turned on my iPod touch and it came right on. The cracked screen was replaced with a brand new shiny one. Just like new! Anyone who needs service on their iPod or iPhone should get these folks to take care of it for you. You will be as suprised as I was of their superior service, communication and the pricing is exceptionally reasonable. Thanks iPodRecharge!."

Here's a testimonial from PARIS!

I got great ipod repair on my ipod

"For my birthday last year my girlfriend splurged and bought me an ipod, which was really cool because I’d wanted one for a while but hadn’t been able to afford it. She told me she saved for a while, so I was really thankful that she had. Imagine my distress, then, when I dropped the ipod in the street a week ago and it stopped turning on. I was panicked and knew right away I was going to have to do some ipod repair on it, but I tried to tell myself it would work again eventually by itself. After all, I figured ipod repair would be expensive.

So that night I went home and, making sure to avoid my girlfriend, sat down in my bedroom and messed around with the broken ipod to see if I could get it to work. I looked up a few sets of instructions online but none of them really worked. There weren’t any scratches or broken bits that I could see and nothing rattled when I shook it, so even though I knew I needed ipod repair I couldn’t figure out what needed fixing.

Then I made a great discovery and found this online ipod repair place at www.ipodrefresh.com. They were really great for my situation because they have an evaluation service that you can use if you don’t know what’s broken with your ipod. I guess it’s a pretty common situation, really, since there’s all sorts of delicate stuff inside them. Anyway, since the evaluation was only $19 and I wouldn’t have to pay for the ipod repair if I thought it was too expensive, I decided I’d give them a shot and I mailed my broken ipod in the next day.

I told my girlfriend I’d lent my brother the ipod for a few days to buy myself some time, and was pleased to get a response from www.ipodrefresh.com within a couple days after I sent the ipod in. It turned out that there was a problem with the battery being knocked loose or something, and they could fix it for a little under $50. That was pretty cheap, and I really appreciated the way they didn’t just do the ipod repair and charge me without asking. I told them to go ahead and do it, and I had my ipod back again before my girlfriend noticed. In fact, it even has a longer battery life now! Great service and great value."  Michelle
